Welcome to Fridays! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fridays mobile application ("App") operated by Fridays ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fridays. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use Fridays, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is hateful, violent, or discriminatory
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on Fridays (such as your song selections and profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

Music Content: Song information displayed in the App is provided through third-party music services (Apple Music, Spotify). We do not claim ownership of any music content or metadata.

5. Intellectual Property

The Fridays App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Apple Music, and Spotify. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for:

• Content posted by other users
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruptions or errors in service
• Actions of third-party services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where we are located.
