Download Fridays from the App Store, open the app, and sign up with your email address. You'll need to verify your email before you can start using the app.
You can delete your account from the Settings page within the app. This will permanently remove your profile, posts, and all associated data.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
